Here are a few things you will need to keep in mind to ensure a hassle-free stay for you. You hereby acknowledge, understand and agree that the conditions stipulated in this policy and the policy itself (“Stay Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use available on Tiki Farms Hospitality LLP (“Tiki Farms”) website (“www.tikifarms.in”) and must be read and construed in accordance with the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used in this Stay Policy and not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, available on the Website
1. Arrival & Departure policy
Check in time 12:30pm and Check out time 10:30am.
Early check-in -
Between 10am to 12:30pm can be allowed at no extra cost but will be subject to availability.
Check-in for guests arriving before 10am will be charged the full previous day's rate. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous day.
Late check out -
Late check-out till 12:30pm can be accommodated at no extra cost subject to availability.
Check-out after 12:30pm will be charged at the full next day's rate.
2. Arrival & Departure policy
No discount will be allowed in case a guest checks-out earlier than the scheduled check-out time of 10:30am. Once checked-in, full day's tariff will be applicable.
No refund will be made against balance night/s in case a guest decides to check out before the departure date.
3. Arrival & Departure policy
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the Hotel/ Resort. The identification proofs accepted are Driver License, Voter ID Card, Passport or such other document as may be prescribed. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note - PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
As per government regulation any non-resident guests accompanying a resident guest to his/ her room must furnish their government approved photo ID proof.
Non-resident guest are not allowed to stay beyond 8pm in a resident guest's room else he/ she must get registered as an extra occupant in the room.
Tiki Farms reserves the right of admission to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests. This may include cases such as denial of admission to local residents, and to unmarried, unrelated couples, among others.
Guests agree and undertake to use their room responsibly. Therefore, any conduct contrary to accepted standards of behaviour and public order will result in Tiki Farms asking the guests to leave the Accommodation with no compensation and/or refund if a payment has already been made.
If no payment has been made, the guest will have to pay the price of nights already stayed before leaving the Accommodation.
4. Cancellation and No Show policy
A request for cancellation of a booking made on the Website or through third party websites or through any travel agent can be lodged by calling in to the number +91-22-4023-0273 and mentioning the specific booking number or by sending an email referencing the specific booking number to reservations.tikifarms@gmail.com. No charges will be levied if a booking is cancelled atleast 7 Days prior to check-in time (12:30pm).
Any cancellation request made within 168 hours (7 Days) prior to check-in time (12:30pm), will attract charges equivalent to 1 night's stay (including taxes) which will be deducted as Standard Cancellation fee.
In case of any late cancellations (during the stay) or a guest no-show (guest not arriving), Tiki Farms Hospitality LLP reserves the right to charge an equivalent of one night's stay charges including taxes.
Pursuant to cancellation of the booking, the partial or full refund of any payment which has been made will be processed within 10-15 days.
Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for entire length of stay.
5. Refund Policy
Direct Bookings with Hotel - Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will contact the bank to handle the crediting process. The refund will be made through the payment mode used to purchase. In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30-45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice.
b. Any request for refund of a corporate booking processed vide email by an account Manager of Tiki Farms Hospitality LLP should be made by contacting that specific account manager directly by email.
If a booking has been made through a third party website or mobile application or any other travel agent, the user should directly contact such third party website or mobile application or travel agent in case of any queries related to cancellation or refund of payment towards such booking.
Tiki Farms Hospitality LLP is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user as a result of a booking by a customer from a third party website or mobile application or other travel agent.
6. Amendment Policy
Tiki Farms will not charge you for any changes you might need to make for the booking/reservation already made by you. Tiki Farms would be happy to accommodate your amendments subject to availability and subject to request for amendment is received atleast 7 Days prior to check-in time (12:30pm).7. Guarantee and Cancellation policy for Groups of 5 rooms or more
Group reservations can be made against an advance of 50% of total amount. For group/ corporate reservations we understand that plans change sometimes. If you need to cancel/reduce/amend a guaranteed reservation, please do so 30 days prior to arrival. In case there is any no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 30 days or less from the date of check in, a retention charge will become due as under:
# of rooms being cancelled/no-shows X 1 night X applicable daily rate per room, including taxes. In addition, should any participants check out early, retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due to the early check out.
Bookings made on non-cancellable/non-amendable packages/rates cannot be cancelled/amended. On doing so, the full amount of advance paid will be treated as the cancellation fee.
8. Occupancy Policy
Premium Bungalow - Base Occupancy 18 adults. A maximum of 21 adults can stay.
Luxury Cottage Rooms - A maximum of 2 adults can stay.
Super Deluxe Rooms - A maximum of 2 adults can stay.
9. Child Policy
Two children up to 8 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. A maximum of one bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at no additional charge.
If one child is over 8 but less than 12 years, can stay in the parent's room. Extra bed if required will be on additional charge.
If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate.
Note: Premium Bungalow is categorised as one room.
10. Missing reservation
In case of valid missing reservation, Tiki Farms will provide an alternate date of accommodation or alternate stay of accommodation of same category at no extra cost to the guest.
11. Additional Stay policy notes
If you have made a request for a specific bed, we’ll try our best to accommodate it.
Extra bed charges - Rs.1,500 plus applicable tax and service charge
No smoking - The Government of India has introduced a ‘no smoking’ rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means smoking is prohibited in all parts of the resort/ hotel except in designated areas.
Pet policy - No pets are allowed inside the resort including all the rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, community centre, lawns, etc.
