Job Purpose
Be entirely responsible for the Resort - All departments and functionalities
Key areas of responsibility
- Assist in Recruitment of resort staff in all departments and functions
- Training& Grooming service staff + House Keeping Staff
- Front office dept – checkin and checkout process
- Customer Interactions and taking their feedback into consideration.
- Generating Reports Financial, Operational, Guest satisfaction rating, etc
- Evaluate operational and financial performance.
- Purchases& Stock taking– F&B, Housekeeping, keeping costs in control
- House-keeping dept - Daily checking resort, rooms for cleanliness, hygiene & order
- F&B - Restaurant setup, food service, kot & billing, Inventory checking.
- Handling inbound sales online calling, sales visits of guests. Convert leads to bookings.
Skill-set required
- Highly motivated, Goal-oriented executive with a proven track record of achieving operating targets.
- Language proficiency both spoken & written: English, Hindi, Marathi
- MS-Word, Email Marketing, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken)
Ability to ride a 2-wheeler with valid license is mandatory
Compensation
Fixed Salary 25,000/- to 30,000 +Annual bonus. Residential facilities & Food included
