Job Purpose
To expand the Brand presence of Tiki Farms resort & Mai Kai restaurant while driving revenue with innovative marketing initiatives.
Key areas of responsibility
- Operations: day-to-day coordination with PR, Designers, Agencies, Influencers, etc
- Revenue Mgmt: manage OTA tie-ups, promotions, reputation, ranking, etc
- Digital Marketing:Influencer activations, Agency mgmt., Email marketing, Blogs, etc
- Events & Promotions: create and manage innovative events & promotions based on the annual marketing calendar
Skill-set required
- MS Office, Google Forms
- Market Research. Marketing strategies, Marketing programs, Social media marketing
- Event Management, Vendor management
- Hospitality brand management
Compensation
2.40 lacs p.a. (Fixed 20,000 p.m.) + Annual Bonus
